Female sexuality is as unique and individual as is one’s fingerprint. Each woman has conditioning, wounding, and other experiences which work in her psyche giving her a certain blueprint which plays out in her ability to be sexually responsive. Male genitalia is all exterior, very present, so as a little boy it is easier to become inquisitive and explore. As a little girl, what is anatomically equal to the penis is the vagina and that is tucked deep inside of her. How many little girls know they have a vagina? How many little girls find out the hard way through sexual abuse? If a woman was sexually abused as a child then she probably has “armored” herself and is carrying painful secrets in and around her pelvic region and reproductive system. Even women who have not been sexually abused carry "armor" due to social conditioning and sexual repression. Less than loving sexual experiences can cause a woman to go numb or shutdown to protect her vulnerability. This shuts off the pleasure receptors or literally closes the doors to her bliss.

Sexual energy is mysteriously powerful and I am certainly not here to say that I have all the answers. I am in the process of my own personal flowering. I can share my own experiences of how I shed my "armor" and help others to do the same. From my experience so far the most powerful tool to heal and shed the armor is the heart and all forms of its expression. Opening the heart in a process of whole person development  and letting it heal our deepest wounds is not only healing but very fun. I am here to support women in developing a sense of connection, opening up their sensuality and passion for themselves so that they can create a more wholesome way to share their sexuality with someone they love. I feel it is very important for a woman to have a deep inner feminine awareness and be familiar with her body if she is going to feel at all comfortable sharing it with another person.
